What job perk do you covet most?

It used to be that people wanted half-day Fridays or gym memberships, but not anymore …

Among 20-somethings, most of those recently surveyed said they want the ability to use social media at work.  45% said they’d take a lower-paying job with access to Facebook, rather than a higher-paying one with no access.
