With over 700 million people now on Twitter and LinkedIn, you can find out a lot about just anyone.  The question is, should those profiles be the deciding factors for jobs?

Many HR reps and recruiting experts are now saying that a social media profile is becoming a bigger [possible] deal breaker, than a resume and cover letter.
