Nashville Hotline: What’s Trending Today With The Band Perry, Taylor, Hunter & Eli Young Band

** Taylor Swift had a scare over the weekend in London, when a male fan got all the way to the top of her stairs onstage and gave her a card and letter. Being the professional that she is, she smiled and said thank you [while continuing to sing] as he was tackled and whisked away. Close call!

She’s also on the March cover of Glamour Magazine in a stunning red casual outfit. The Taylor tease quote from the article? “Of life and love, I would repeat all the same mistakes.”

** Hunter Hayes, Zac Brown Band and The Band Perry are scheduled to appear on the 40th Anniversary deluxe edition of Elton John’s 1973 album Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, covering “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road,” “Grey Seal” and “Harmony,” respectively. The project will be released next month on the 25th and can be pre-ordered now on Amazon.

** Speaking of The Band Perry, they rocked the NFL pre-game party at the Super Bowl in New York yesterday afternoon with a cool performance of Done! If you missed it, I snagged the video for you HERE.

** Finally, did you hear Eli Young Band call me from Punta Cana earlier today on the Diner? They sounded miserable in the 80-degree weather, truly! Enjoy our fun conversation in full HERE!
