What Hated Phrase Did Your Parents Say, And Now You’re Doing It To Your Kids?

According to a recent survey in Parents Magazine, there are a few phrases we use that are actually hurting our kids, rather than helping:

* Let me help
* Great job!
* Hurry up!

I’m not sure I understand the logic behind why these are “bad” but it reminded me that I use the same phrases my mom did (that I hated!).
