[VIDEO] Zac Brown Band Rocks Wrigley Field For Three Hours

The entire evening was a spectacular affair! We started backstage with Zac’s personal chef (Chef Rusty) announcing the menu for the night:

* Pork Tenderloin (with the “Zac love sauce”)
* Beef Filet
* Pocketknife Cole Slaw
* A mini-deep-dish pizza made with duck & lamb
* Beet salad
* Collard greens
* Acorn Squash Soup (my favorite!)
* For dessert, a delicious “cross between tiramisu and a s’more”

The menu included 3 personal recipes of Zac’s, all prepared onsite with 90% of the ingredients coming from local sources Saturday morning (including Green City Market on Fulton).

From there, Cheap Trick took the stage promptly at 7p and rocked Wrigley hard … enjoying full-stadium singalongs to “Surrender” and “I Want You To Want Me!”

With Zac and the guys on at 8:15, they played until just after 11p … covers & jam sessions & all the hits too!
