Nearly 20 years after it shut down, Pabst Brewing Co is re-opening a brewery on the historic site where it brewed beer for decades.
Even cooler? They’ll use the new microbrewery to experiment with Pabst recipes in their new tasting room and restaurant, even bringing back discontinued lines like Old Tankard Ale, Kloster Beer and some others made before Prohibition!
